Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 26 September 2026
This policy covers in-app purchases in the Android game CandleDeep by rkj dev. All purchases are processed by Google Play, so payment, cancellation and refund requests go through Google Play.
Cancelling a purchase
Every purchase shows the item and its price in a Google Play confirmation sheet. You can cancel at that point and you will not be charged. The game has no subscriptions and no recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel after a purchase is complete.
Refunds
- Within 48 hours of purchase: you can request a refund directly from Google Play at play.google.com > Account > Order history > Request a refund. Google decides these requests under its refund policy.
- After 48 hours: email us at rajankrishnan909@gmail.com with your Google Play order number (it starts with
GPA.). We reply within 3 business days. - We will refund a purchase in full if the item was not delivered, was charged more than once, or does not work as described, and we cannot fix it for you.
- Because items are digital content delivered immediately, we cannot usually refund items that were delivered and used (for example gems that were already spent), except where required by law.
- Approved refunds are returned by Google Play to the original payment method. Google Play usually processes them within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
- When a purchase is refunded, the item may be removed from the game.
Accidental purchases by children
If a child made a purchase without your permission, request a refund from Google Play as above or email us. You can require a password for purchases in the Google Play app under Settings > Authentication.
Missing or pending purchases
If you paid but the item did not arrive, open the game and go to Settings > Restore purchases. Some payment methods take time: pending purchases are delivered automatically the next time you open the game after Google Play confirms the payment. If that does not help, email us and we will fix it or refund you.
