Shipping & Delivery Policy

No physical shipping

CandleDeep sells only digital in-game items. Nothing is shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

How items are delivered

• Items are delivered instantly inside the game on the device where you bought them, as soon as Google Play confirms the payment.
• For payment methods that take longer to confirm, the purchase shows as pending. The item is delivered automatically the next time you open the game after the payment is confirmed.
• One-time items (Remove Ads, Gold Doubler, Starter Pack) can be delivered again on a new or reset device, free of charge, through Settings > Restore purchases while signed in to the same Google account.
• Proof of purchase is the receipt Google Play emails to your Google account.

Not received?

Try Settings > Restore purchases first. If the item still has not arrived, email rajankrishnan909@gmail.com with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.). We will deliver it or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
