CandleDeep Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Android game CandleDeep ("the game"), published by rkj dev ("we"), collects, how it is used and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We do not ask for, collect or store your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location. We do not run our own servers: your progress (gold, gems, heroes, settings and statistics) is saved only on your device. If Android backup is enabled on your device, Android may include this save in your Google account backup.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share with Google:

• device identifiers, including your device's advertising ID;
• your IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location;
• interactions with ads and with the game (such as ad views and taps, app launches);
• diagnostic information (such as crash and performance data for the ads SDK).

Your choices. Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change that choice at any time in the game under Settings > Ad privacy options. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device's Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Google > Ads). Rewarded ads are always optional, and buying "Remove Ads" removes all ads.

In-app purchases (Google Play)

Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Google Play tells the game which items you own so they can be granted and restored. Google's handling of payment information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Payments Privacy Notice.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.

Data retention and deletion

We hold no data about you on our side. Uninstalling the game, or using Settings > Reset progress, deletes your save from the device. Data collected by Google is retained under Google's policies. You can request deletion of your data from us at rajankrishnan909@gmail.com.

Security

Data sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google Play is encrypted in transit.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be noted in the game's store listing.
